How Long Do Smoothies Last In The Fridge?
Wondering how long can you keep a smoothie in the fridge or freezer? Well fresh is best but your smoothie should be good in the fridge for1-2 days. It may need stirred before drinking.
With some smoothies you can store them in the freezer (blended) for up to 3 months. But it will depend on the kind of smoothie you made. I wouldn't recommend freezing milk based smoothies for example.
Is It Healthy To Drink Smoothies Everyday?
Yes it's OK to drink at least one smoothie per day. Smoothies are loaded with fruits and vegetables.
However if you are drinking a shop bought smoothie just be aware that they may contain unhealthy additives and additional sugar. It's always best to make your own so you know exactly what's in them!
