I couldn't agree with this more.Josh Klein mentions "we have to figure out how to do more with less" this is something that most industries have to think about. As budgets are trimmed and cost of our people are rising it's so important to find ways for us to do more with less. Adding technologies such as telehealth to allow for a more seamless caregiving experience is fantastic but also think about how you will be able to care for more patience in a shorter time. Look for ways to automate business processes, get rid of repeatable tasks, and empower your staff to do what they do best without the noise. this can propel your business to new heights.I recently spoke with a home care agency that focused on long hour placements. Their caregivers are happier and making more money since they don't have to travel from one patient to another every few hours. In addition to that they are making more money because they have a fraction of the back office work since their patients count is smaller.Set a goal to get more efficient and make more money not to add more work. Not always does adding more work equal more money.
