What did I learn after the first Kumho TCR World Tour in Sydney? That is better to have one less camera and one more overtaking.Basically content is what really matters for spectators. And when I say content I don’t mean the way you broadcast the content, but what really happens on the field of play, in this case a piece of tarmac.Here in Sydney we had three hyper spectacular races and all the people concerned by the series (spectators, media & stakeholders) were super enthusiastic.Quite often in the broadcast industry we are so much focused on the technical side of the content (number of cameras, of specialcameras, of EVS…) that we forget the story side of the content that is in the end what really matters for spectators. #broadcast #motorsport WSC
